Welcome to Target Metabolism's
"Stick to your goal" Biggest Loser Contest!
This year's contest is 8 weeks long.
Contestants may choose our AVON or CARMEL location.
- As a contestant, there is NO obligation to Target Metabolism’s weight loss program.
- Contestants’ progress in this challenge will be assessed by using the BodPod!
- The BodPod is used by NBC’s Biggest Loser TV Show!
- The BodPod is also used by the Mayo Clinic, Duke University, and the Colts!
- As a contestant, YOU will have the opportunity to have your body composition analyzed by the BodPod 2 times (a $110 Value), for a one-time entry fee of $20!

Educational sessions on metabolism and the truth about what it takes to lose weight (the real and right way) will also be presented for contestants by our Exercise Physiologist and Health Educators.
There are absolutely NO “Catches”. No pills, No bars, No shakes.
